Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, scheduling services, or engaging 3Sixty Auto Collision & Paint ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") for auto body repair services, you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.
Services Provided
3Sixty Auto Collision & Paint provides automotive repair services including but not limited to:
- Collision repair and comprehensive body work
- Professional paint and refinishing services
- Dent repair and paintless dent repair (PDR)
- Frame straightening and structural alignment
- OEM and aftermarket parts replacement
- Insurance claim assistance and coordination
- Vehicle inspections and detailed estimates
- Quality assurance and warranty services
Estimates and Pricing
Estimate Accuracy
Estimates provided are based on visible damage at the time of inspection. Additional damage discovered during disassembly may require supplemental estimates and customer approval before proceeding with additional work.
Transparency Promise: We will always contact you before performing any work not included in the original estimate, ensuring no surprise charges.
Pricing Factors
All prices are subject to change based on:
- Parts availability and market pricing fluctuations
- Additional damage discovered during repair process
- Customer-requested modifications or upgrades
- Insurance company adjustments and requirements
- Labor complexity and time requirements
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. A service charge may apply to returned checks.
Customer Responsibilities
Vehicle Preparation
Customers must:
- Remove all personal items from the vehicle before service
- Provide accurate information about the vehicle and damage
- Disclose any pre-existing conditions or previous repairs
- Provide necessary keys, access codes, and documentation
- Ensure vehicle has sufficient fuel for testing
Insurance Coordination
When insurance is involved, customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete insurance information
- Coordinating claim filing with their insurance company
- Paying deductibles and any non-covered expenses
- Understanding their policy coverage and limitations
- Communicating any claim issues promptly
Authorization Requirements
Customers must provide written authorization for all repairs. Verbal authorization may be accepted in emergency situations but must be confirmed in writing within 24 hours.
Warranties
Workmanship Warranty
We provide a comprehensive lifetime warranty on our workmanship for as long as you own the vehicle, subject to the following conditions:
- Warranty covers defects in our workmanship only
- Does not cover normal wear and tear
- Does not cover damage from subsequent accidents, misuse, or acts of nature
- Vehicle must be maintained according to manufacturer specifications
- Warranty requires original customer ownership
Parts Warranty
Parts warranties are provided by the parts manufacturer and vary by component type. We will assist in warranty claims but are not responsible for manufacturer warranty limitations or exclusions.
Paint Warranty
We provide a lifetime warranty on paint work against defects in materials and workmanship, excluding:
- Damage from accidents, collisions, or impacts
- Environmental damage (acid rain, tree sap, bird droppings)
- Normal fading due to UV exposure over extended time
- Damage from improper maintenance or care
Liability and Limitations
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for:
- Consequential, incidental, or punitive damages
- Loss of use of the vehicle during repair period
- Personal property left in the vehicle
- Pre-existing mechanical issues unrelated to our repairs
- Damage occurring after completion of our services
- Rental car expenses beyond insurance coverage
Personal Property
We are not responsible for personal property left in vehicles. Please remove all valuables, personal items, and aftermarket accessories before service. We recommend photographing your vehicle's interior before drop-off.
Vehicle Storage
Vehicles not picked up within 10 days of completion notification may be subject to daily storage fees of $25 per day. After 30 days, vehicles may be considered abandoned and disposed of according to Florida state law.
Insurance Claims
Third-Party Relationships
While we assist with insurance claims, we are not agents of any insurance company. Our primary relationship and obligation is with you, the customer.
Insurance Disputes
Disputes between customers and insurance companies regarding coverage, deductibles, or claim settlements are not our responsibility. However, we will provide reasonable assistance and documentation to support your claim.
Payment Responsibility
Customers remain ultimately responsible for all charges, regardless of insurance coverage disputes, claim delays, or coverage denials.
Cancellation and Refunds
Estimate Cancellation
Estimate appointments may be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance without charge. Same-day cancellations may incur a $50 service fee.
Repair Cancellation
If repairs are cancelled after work has begun, customers are responsible for:
- All labor and materials completed up to cancellation point
- Parts ordered specifically for the vehicle (non-returnable)
- Reassembly costs to return vehicle to safe, drivable condition
- Storage fees if applicable
Refund Policy
Refunds are provided only for services not performed or defective workmanship covered under our warranty terms.
Dispute Resolution
Informal Resolution
We encourage customers to contact us directly at (407) 307-8050 to resolve any concerns or disputes before pursuing other remedies. Most issues can be resolved through direct communication.
Mediation Process
If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes may be submitted to binding mediation through a mutually agreed upon mediator in Orange County, Florida.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal proceedings must be conducted in Orange County, Florida courts.

By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined in our Privacy Policy, including vehicle information, contact details, and service records.

Permitted Use

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Upload or transmit malicious code or content
- Copy, redistribute, or republish our content without permission
